Is it really free?
Yes. The sample and the shipping are free. There is nothing to buy, no card on file and no payment step. The only thing we ask for is your honest feedback after you try it.
Does everyone who registers get a sample?
Not guaranteed, but the odds are good. There are 1,000 samples in this round, so most people who register will get one. Anyone with a sore right now goes to the front of the line. Everyone who registers gets a discount link when Shield launches, sample or not.
What do I get for my feedback?
Two things. Registering gets you a discount link for when Shield launches. If you receive a sample and fill out the feedback form, you get an even bigger discount code for your next order, emailed to you once your form is in.
How does the feedback work?
Your envelope includes a card with a QR code that opens the feedback form, and we'll also email you the same link after you receive your sample. Two minutes: did it stay on, how long it took to dissolve, taste, what you would pay. Taylor, the founder, reads every one.
What is in the envelope?
One pouch of six dissolvable patches, a product card with the full ingredient list and Supplement Facts, and the feedback card with the QR code. Every pouch is marked as a sample, not for resale.
When will I hear back?
Registrations are reviewed daily and we aim to ship within 1 to 2 business days of receiving yours. If you are picked, your sample ships to the address you gave us and you'll get an email when it's shipped. No claim step, nothing else to fill out. Allow about a week from that email to your doorstep. If you told us you have a sore right now, we try to ship the same day.
Is this a medical product?
No. Shield is a dietary supplement in a dissolvable patch, made with a botanical blend. It is not a medical treatment and not a substitute for professional care. Read the ingredient list before use, skip it if you are allergic to anything in it, and stop if you feel irritation. The registration form asks you to confirm this before we ship.
Can I buy it instead?
Not yet. Shield launches after this sample round. Everyone who registers hears first when it does, with their discount link.
